CarloJP Expands In-House Stamping & Laser Capacity to 50,000 Sets Monthly
To satisfy surging international demand from contract hospitality developers and commercial furniture distributors across Europe, North America, and Oceania, Foshan Kailuo Furniture Co., Ltd. (CarloJP) has officially completed a comprehensive manufacturing facility expansion at our headquarters in Longjiang Town, Shunde, Foshan.
This infrastructure upgrade integrates ultra-high-power fiber laser technology, heavy tonnage progressive hydraulic stamping lines, and automated powder coating logistics, consolidating our position as one of South China’s foremost dedicated commercial table base manufacturers.
1. Commissioning of 30,000W Fiber Laser Cutting Equipment
The center-piece of our expanded workshop is the introduction of an industrial 30,000W high-power fiber laser cutting system equipped with automated dual-exchange shuttle tables.
This system cuts carbon steel and #304 stainless plates up to 30mm thickness with ±0.05mm dimensional kerf accuracy. It allows our engineering team to produce custom geometric bases, intricate architectural spider plates, and non-standard contract profiles directly from buyer CAD files with zero upfront tooling costs for low-to-medium volume runs.
2. 1,000-Ton Hydraulic Presses & CNC Metal Spinning Lines
Our stamping division has expanded with additional 1,000-ton and 630-ton automated hydraulic deep-drawing presses. These heavy machines enable seamless, one-step cold stamping of trumpet bases, flared tulip cones, and deep pyramid square pedestals without unsightly weld seams or surface wrinkling.
Simultaneously, our in-house CNC metal spinning department now operates six automated dual-roller spinning units, ensuring uniform wall thickness across round disc covers and conical pedestals.
Shortened Lead Times for Global Container Shipments
By bringing all cutting, stamping, spinning, and powder-coating processes 100% in-house within our 10,000㎡ campus, CarloJP has shortened standard full-container lead times from 30 days down to 15–20 days, ensuring contract projects never miss their hotel or restaurant grand opening deadlines.
3. 350-Meter Automated Electrostatic Powder Coating Line
To maintain the highest architectural standards, our automated continuous overhead powder line features a 5-stage pre-treatment tunnel (hot degreasing, clean water rinse, rust-inhibiting phosphating, and deionized DI seal). The automated reciprocating spray guns deposit thermoset polyester powder tested to withstand 500 hours of continuous neutral salt-spray exposure (ASTM B117) without blistering or edge corrosion.
