You can mix multiple models within a single 20GP or 40HQ container. For custom OEM designs requiring brand-new stamping dies, MOQ is determined by tool specifications (typically 200–500 sets).

Yes. Operating our own in-house 30,000W fiber laser cutting, CNC spinning lathes, and welding lines, we routinely manufacture dining height (720mm), counter height (900mm), and bar height (1050mm) columns. We also manufacture custom top spider plates with tailored CAD bolt hole patterns for solid wood, quartz, and marble tops.

Standard production lead time for a 20GP container (approx. 800–1,200 sets) is 20 to 25 days. For a 40HQ container (approx. 2,000–2,800 sets), lead time is 25 to 30 days. For standard cast iron models with raw casting buffers in stock, container loading can be expedited even faster.

We use standardized Knock-Down (KD) export flat packaging. Components (base plates, columns, mounting spiders) are individually wrapped in EPE pearl foam and heavy polybags, then packed into reinforced 5-ply double-wall corrugated cartons with internal molded corner protectors, tested against international drop standards.

Yes. Sample evaluations are standard for contract furniture procurement. Sample orders can be prepared within 3 to 7 working days and dispatched via DHL, FedEx, or air freight. When you subsequently place the full container order, the sample cost difference is fully credited toward your container invoice.

Yes. We regularly welcome third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or TUV) or customer-appointed private QC inspectors to visit our factory prior to container sealing. We provide full access to dimensional checking, coating thickness gauges, and carton drop testing.
